Once we receive your counter-signature, we will contact you to arrange a property visit and prepare the deed transfer and payment. This due diligence period can range from 7 – 15 days, depending on complexity.
Once we’ve seen the property and completed our due diligence on the location and boundary lines, we will have our local bank notary contact you to make an appointment to sign the deed. You’ll need to bring your driver’s license or ID card.
